Erica the Party Girl

Turning two was a big deal, and we celebrated accordingly! The celebrating
started at Nana and Papa Sharpe's home on the 17th for dinner, birthday pie, and lots of fun presents. (Above is Erica licking her chops while checking out the pie, and thinking about blowing out her two candles. Below she is modeling her new swimsuit from Nana and Papa)

The 20th was on a Wed, and Erica wasn't feeling so well that day--but we still managed to have a nice dinner together as a family, and have another chance to eat dessert. Erica also opened a few gifts from us. Here she is below in her new "chef" attire--very cute!

The weekend following Erica's birthday we made plans for the four of us to go to the Water Park of America. We got all day wrist bands, and spent that Sunday in our swimsuits! It was a ball! The kids both absolutely loved the water and the slides. The coolest part for us is that we live so close to the water park, we left for lunch and naps, and then went back until the park closed. We will most definitely be going back there again! The only unfortunate thing about our water park experience, is the lack of photo documentation......it's a little hard to take a camera with you into that wet environment. You'll just have to trust me on how fun it was!

Also Not pictured is Erica's birthday celebration on March 2nd at Nana and Papa Smith's home. Equally fun, just not well photographed! :)
